Sasank Sai Sujan Adapa is a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master and Baseband Developer at Ericsson, a global leader in 5G technology. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Sasank has been an integral part of Ericsson's mission to lead the world in 5G technology. Currently working in the Baseband Unit, Sasank specializes in Ericsson NR (Next-Generation Radio) mid-band and works with DSP C and Python programming languages, as well as YAML and XML modeling languages. Sasank takes pride in being a part of Ericsson, which he believes is a great place to work, innovate, evolve, have fun, and progress. Sasank's previous roles at Ericsson include serving as a Scrum Master and Operative Product Owner. As a Scrum Master, Sasank was responsible for facilitating effective scrum events, motivating the team and Product Owner in Scrum values, practices, and rules, and planning the team and educating others about the team WoW. As an Operative Product Owner, Sasank managed troubleshooting teams for the baseband department in Stockholm and handled product management, release, scope, and verification for Ericsson 5G NR products. Sasank holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with Emphasis on Telecommunication Systems from Blekinge Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He also completed a Pre-degree Course in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for Engineering from Sri Chaitanya Junior College and his Secondary education from Saint Francis English Medium High School. Sasank's tech stack includes product management and Python. With his excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, Sasank is a servant-leader for his team, supporting valuable delivery to customers and its progress towards high performance.
